iPod Nano

iPod Nano was my first ever Apple device and laid the foundation for my admiration towards the company. It was undeniably the best portable music player I owned in almost every way. However, the product's quality itself wasn't the only reason I fell for Apple.
A few months after purchasing it in Denmark, I was back in my home town Gaziantep. One day, I plugged it into my friend's improperly grounded PC and fried my iPod's electronics. I was devastated. It was my fault and there was nothing to do about it. With nothing to lose, I turned to the only place in Gaziantep that sold Apple devices, an electronics chain named Teknosa. I explained what happened, and they took my fried iPod for "inspection". A couple of weeks later I received a brand new iPod Nano. This level of customer satisfaction is an example of what Apple describes the word Quality: "When there is nothing random about it".
